FOXX was one of the brands started by Steve Riedinger, the current president of Dan Electro/Evets, in the 1970s, and was produced from 1971 to 1975. The "tone machine" is the result of the company's multi-functional "Fuzz & Wah & Volume" pedal line, from which only the fuzz function has been extracted. The "tone machine" is a pedal that has the normal fuzz function and the upper octave fuzz function with an emphasis on the midrange, and the tone control can be used to emphasize the harmonics. Especially in octave mode, a powerful upper octave is generated regardless of the position, and a tremendous screaming fuzz sound can be produced. The original FOXX was reissued in the 2000s and became a hot topic of conversation, but due to the short production period of the original FOXX products, the number of units on the market today is extremely rare. The original FOXX was produced for a short period of time, so it is extremely rare to find one in the market today.
