A pedal that mixes fuzz, wah, and volume, which was produced in the U.S. in the early 1970s!
The "fOXX" was one of the brands started by Steve Riedinger, the current president of Dan Electro/Evets, in the 1970s, and the original models were produced from 1971 to 1975. The appearance of the product is also very good-looking, with an aluminum alloy housing covered with a raised carpeted material in red, black, blue, etc. Because of the short production period of the original fOXX products, the number of units on the market today is extremely rare. On the side side, there is a fuzz control knob and a switch for switching between normal and octave fuzz, and on the front side, there is a fuzz On/Off switch and a 5-step rotary switch for switching the wah tone. The wah can be turned on and off by pressing down hard on the pedal, which functions as a volume pedal when turned off. Note, however, that when the pedal is fully turned up, the volume is at its maximum, which is the opposite of the normal operation. (The wah pedal works as usual.) Eric Johnson used to play with this pedal. This famous model was once used by Eric Johnson, and a replica model was released in the 2000s, but even replicas are hard to find nowadays. When the wah is turned on and the fuzz is turned up, the sound is so strong and aggressive that you may think your eardrums are going to burst!
2 control knob top plates are missing, pots, wah switch, and rubber feet have been replaced.
