1 Year Warranty (Standard Warranty)
The product has been polished from the time of receipt, checked for malfunctions, and repaired or adjusted as necessary. The product is in good condition for normal use.
Depending on the desired setting, there may be a charge for this service.
5-year warranty (Premium Warranty)
TC-TUNE, TC's instrument repair department, repairs and adjusts approximately 2,000 instruments per year. If you have been using your instrument for a long time, but recently you feel that it is difficult to play, we will make adjustments free of charge. We are also happy to consult with you about adjustments to suit your playing style. If you require special skills, we will charge you for the service.
There is no warranty on junk items.
